By accessing or using this site, booking an appointment, or purchasing any services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the "terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of this site.

1. NON-CLINICAL SERVICES DISCLAIMER

All services, programs, materials, and sessions offered through this site are strictly non-clinical in nature and do not constitute psychotherapeutic treatment, medical advice, clinical counseling, or mental health therapy. No clinical client relationship or therapist-patient dynamic is created by your use of this site or by purchasing intuitive coaching, intuitive healing, consciousness coaching, energy healing (including Theta Healing or Pranic Healing), workshops, courses, classes, events, meditations, or any other offering from this company.

 

The services provided on this site are designed solely for personal growth, mindset transformation, and holistic wellness guidance. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any mental health condition or physical illness. If you are experiencing psychological distress or a mental health crisis, you are advised to seek immediate treatment from a local licensed medical professional or clinical mental health counselor.

 

2. BOOKING, CANCELLATION, & RESCHEDULING POLICIES

All appointments, scheduling frameworks, and sessions are facilitated via our automated online booking infrastructure (Wix Bookings). By scheduling a session, you agree to the following operational parameters:

  • Appointment Window: It is your responsibility to arrive on time for your scheduled video or phone session. If you arrive late, your session will still conclude at its originally scheduled end time, and no extensions will be granted.

  • 24-Hour Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled session start time for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Requests must be completed via your client portal or by emailing nicole@nicolelakebrink.com.

  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or if you fail to attend a scheduled session entirely, your session fee will be completely forfeited. No-show or late-canceled sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled.

3. PAYMENTS & FINAL SALES POLICY

All financial transactions are handled securely by our integrated third-party payment gateways (Square and PayPal).

  • Payment Authorization: You guarantee that you are authorized to utilize the payment card or account submitted to us and authorize the company to charge the full listed price of the service to that account.

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the deeply personalized and time-intensive nature of intuitive coaching and energy healing services, all sales are strictly final. We do not issue refunds for completed sessions, digital materials, processed bookings, late cancellations, or no-shows under any circumstances.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless otherwise stated, the company owns all intellectual property rights, trademarks, copyrights, and visual designs for the content published on this site. This includes, but is not limited to, website copy, imagery, unique consciousness coaching modules, proprietary energy healing protocols, video or audio materials, and downloadable documents.

  • Limited License for Personal Use: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access website materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.
